By creating an account on ShopprHQ, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Service

ShopprHQ provides a WhatsApp-based commerce platform for merchants to receive orders and payments through WhatsApp. We are not a party to transactions between merchants and their customers.

2. Merchant Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business in Nigeria. By registering, you confirm you have the right to sell the products you list.

3. WhatsApp Number Requirements

Your store WhatsApp number must not be currently registered on the WhatsApp Business App. If it is, it must be migrated first. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions from Meta.

4. Platform Fee

ShopprHQ charges a 1% platform fee on card payments, deducted automatically via Flutterwave. There is no fee on cash orders. Flutterwave's processing fee (~1.4%, capped at ₦2,000) applies separately.

5. Payments & Settlements

Card payments are processed and settled by Flutterwave directly into your bank account. ShopprHQ does not hold or manage merchant funds.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use ShopprHQ to sell illegal goods, counterfeit products, or items that violate Nigerian law or third-party rights. We may terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without notice.

7. Account Security

Keep your Merchant ID and PIN confidential. You are liable for all activity under your account. ShopprHQ will never ask for your PIN via any channel.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect your business name, email, and transaction data to operate the service. We do not sell your data. Customer phone numbers are used only for order fulfilment and notifications.

9. Service Availability

ShopprHQ aims for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses from downtime, WhatsApp API outages, or Flutterwave issues.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Outstanding settlements are processed on Flutterwave's standard schedule.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
